During Oktoberfest: Daily 10:00 - 22:00
After Oktoberfest: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 12:00
Items are kept for 6 months before being auctioned
Tips for Finding Your Items
- File a report as soon as possible - in person or online
- Describe your item in detail (brand, color, distinguishing marks)
- Check back regularly - items keep arriving for weeks after the festival
- Bring your ID when collecting items
